Zach Cooper is the Founder and Lead Coach of The Servant's Playbook, where he equips leaders, teams, and organizations to lead with purpose, serve with humility, and create lasting impact. As a certified leadership coach, certified DISC consultant, and leadership educator, Zach is passionate about helping others develop the skills and mindset needed to lead well.
Zach holds an Associate of Business Management from Spartanburg Community College, along with certifications in Personal Finance & Banking and Small Business Start-up & Entrepreneurship. He is also a certified coach and DISC consultant through the John Maxwell Leadership program, completed the Truist Emerging Leaders Certification through the Truist Leadership Institute, and earned the Foundations and Advanced Leadership Certificates through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). He continues to invest in lifelong learning to better serve the leaders and organizations he coaches.
